This policy explains what data the Senso AI website collects, why it's needed and how it's handled. In short: I only collect what you send me through the form, and I use it solely to reply to you.
Who handles your data
The site is owned by Anastasiia (Senso AI), an independent AI creator. For any questions about your data, write to gerovska15@gmail.com.
What data I collect
Through the contact form: your name, email and the text of your message. The form asks for nothing else. If you message me on social media, I see the profile and messages you send.
Why I use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, discuss the project and agree on the details of working together. I don't send newsletters and I don't use your data for advertising.
Who your data is shared with
I don't sell or pass your data to third parties. Technically, form messages are delivered by Resend and the site is hosted on Vercel — both process data solely to deliver the email and run the site.
How long data is kept
Correspondence stays in my inbox for as long as it's needed for work or record-keeping. You can ask me to delete your data at any time — I'll do it within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies and doesn't track you across other websites. Your language choice is handled by the page address, not by cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data I hold, to correct it, to request its deletion, or to withdraw your consent. Write to gerovska15@gmail.com — I'll reply within 48 hours.
Rights to the created work
Commissioned visuals pass into your use after full payment, under the terms agreed for the project. By default, I may show finished work in my portfolio and on social media. If your project is confidential, tell me before the work starts and I won't publish those materials.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I'll update the text and the date at the top of this page.
